Coral Cliffs is located near the stunning Bottom Bay beach and is constantly caressed with sea breezes. No. # 31 Coral Cliffs is a 3,100 sq. ft. house set on 12 000 sq. ft. of land both of which is immaculately well kept. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have a jack and jill bathroom and the fourth bathroom acts as a guest powder room.
When one enters the residence, one notices immediately that all the living areas have dark highly varnished wood flooring. The rest of the house such as the kitchen and the bathrooms has exquisite porcelain tiles and all furnishings are of the highest caliber. The kitchen is the center piece of the house with highly polished granite tops. There is a triangle island, a television nook coming off one side of the kitchen, a breakfast table that seats four and an exit to the covered terrace where one can also dine. The kitchen comes fully equipped. All utensils, crockery, pots, pans, plates are included in the sale. Near the hall way there is a large nook for a banquet style table. The east wing houses the office, and the fabulous master bedroom with its walk-in wardrobe and immaculately tiled bathroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful 4 poster bed and the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. It also has his and hers sinks, these are on either side of the bathroom. The ceilings through the house are all gabled and very high, at its highest point it is over 20ft, giving one a remarkable feeling of space and allowing the house to remain cool on the hottest days even without air conditioning. The west wing houses the washroom which has a washer and a dryer from the LG titanium range. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are also located on the west wing; these are serviced with a jack and jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and although both have dark wood furnishings there are both distinctly styled with one in a more Caribbean and the other in a more contemporary style.
The garden is well maintained. The shed to the garden has a beautiful claytone roof. The solar panels are on the roof of the garden shed and not the house.
This house is incredibly well kept and pictures can sadly do it no justice.
