This beautiful property, on an acre of land and covering over 5000sq ft is located in one of what I call the quiet or very private feeling neighbourhoods of Royal Westmoreland.
There is a walk through video accessed by clicking on the VIRTUAL TOUR tab AND there is a drone video available here....
This particular road does not feel like it is in a resort, even one as beautiful as Westmoreland.
The resort itself is only a few minutes from the beach, has its own beach, golf, tennis, gym, restaurants , it simply is ideal.
Grantey Adams International Airport is about thirty minutes away so even when you leave its not too painful.
The house itself is very unique. A blend of Balinese styling, Caribbean flair and the wonderful touch of being spread topographically on different levels.
The entrance below the front of the house majestically leads one up to the house. Enormous doors lead one indoors to a large atrium that has what could be a game room down one set of stairs, up a different set to the main living room or just stay on the ground floor and enter the kitchen.
Two bedrooms on the lower level share a covered living space and have their own patios. The master bedroom can be reached by walking though the house or by using the outdoor stairwell, all out of wood and offering a feel of nature. This set up is ideal if you have family that you maybe want to be close to in a rush around sleeping times.
The main living space again feels like a covered terrace with numerous open spaces and looking out to sea and to the pool and deck with the beautiful and very very large master bedroom cottage located on the the other side of the pool.
Being surrounded by Golf allows one to rise up an exterior walkway to a hidden garden from where there is a pedestrian gate on to one of the fairways.
A truly beautiful home that has something for everyone.
